Grind Fitness and Sports Performance is a training facility providing our clients with adult fitness classes, unique personalized training programs and specialized athletic development. Simply put, we are the opposite of a big box gym. Box gym’s corporate strategy is to lock you into a long term contract with a low monthly payment and hope you never show up. We have no long term contracts – pay per class or pay month-to-month because we want to prove to you that we want you here, we want you here often, and we want to help you meet your goals!


Athlete Strength and Conditioning

Small group athletic performance classes focused on functional training in a high intensity, fun environment. This is a youth development program to increase speed, agility, quickness, athletic strength, energy system development and core conditioning for whatever your sport.

Hockey Program

This program is sport specific to hockey. Our off ice hockey program develops on-ice speed, strength, balance and explosiveness. To ensure that you are training properly and safely we have Atom-PeeWee programs and a Bantam-Midget programs for spring try-outs and off-season conditioning.


Group Classes

Grind’s fitness training is for men and women of any age or fitness level. Small class size with low client to instructor ratio to ensure you are challenged to meet your goals and most importantly, to reduce the chance of injury. Our group fitness training provides you with the benefit of personal training at a fraction of the cost. See the Group Schedule below.

Personal Training

Grind Fitness provides unique personal training, starting with a functional training assessment followed by a customized program to meet your individual goals.


Grind’s Sports Performance Team Training programs provides conditioning to optimize the development each player’s balance, strength, speed, explosiveness and overall conditioning.

Customized Programs

Grind provides the necessary tools to assist your team all under one roof. Our team training programs are designed to work on all aspects of skill development with the use of our skating treadmill, our real ice pad and dry land training area. Team training can be customized to suit your needs, so call us to discuss customization options.

RISE & GRIND – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6:00 am to 7:00 am

Rise & Grind is a full body workout focusing on strength gain and weight loss. It is a high enery, flexible program to those new to fitness, those wanting to get back into shape, and is also suitable for the advanced. Start your day off with a burst of activity and feel energized all day long.

MORNING GRIND – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m

Morning Grind is a full body workout focusing on strength gain and weight loss. It is a high energy, flexible program for those new to fitness, those wanting to get back in shape and for the advanced. Each exercise is easy modified to increase or decrease the level of intensity. The program is available to anyone; however, is timed specifically at 9:45 a.m. for those who need to get children off to school and want to get a good workout in before getting on with their day. Come try the first class for free! Discounts are also available for those organizing their own group.

The NOONER – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m

The NOONER is a unique, flexible, lunch time class. This H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) Program has 8 stations, with a rest and repeat every 10 minutes. Therefore, depending on your lunch time availability you can start the class when you arrive and leave whenever you need to.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (ages 8-12) - Mon, Tues, Wednesday, Thurs – 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Sports performance is a co-ed, age-specific strength and conditioning program for ages 8-12.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (ages 13-16) - M, T, TH, FR 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

GIRL STRONG - Wednesday 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Girl Strong is Strength and Conditioning program for girls 12-15 years of age on Wednesday's at 6:30 p.m. It is a program geared towards females of this age range wanting to improve their strength, conditioning and overall health.
